Hammer
Together, we are opening doors and creating opportunities for people with disabilities. As one of the largest disability services providers in Minnesota, we are living our mission of enabling people with disabilities to live meaningful, self-directed lives. Hammer provides support with homes and apartments, support services, case management and care coordination, and travel opportunities.
Hammer Travel

SwimPossible
SwimPossible provides safe, calming, and fun lessons that are customized for students who need a personalized approach - adapted to their needs for learning how to swim. Our method incorporates current swim techniques and adaptive learning strategies to help swimmers quiet their minds and feel how their bodies move in the water.

Home and Community-Based Waiver Services
An overview of home and community-based waiver programs, including the Community Access for Disability Inclusion Waiver (CADI), Community Alternative Care Waiver (CAC), and Brain Injury Waiver (BI), Developmental Disabilities (DD), Elderly Waiver (EW) and the Alternative Care Program.

The BUILD program provides a supportive and comprehensive educational experience for students with intellectual disabilities.
Adaptive Recreation & Learning Exchange
AR = Adaptive Recreation: The cities of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, and Richfield offer programs specifically designed for people of all ages with disabilities. Programs include softball, bowling, water aerobics, fitness programs, skiing/snowboarding, golf, as well as a number of social programs for youth and adults.
LE = Learning Exchange: The school districts of Bloomington, Eden Prairie, Edina, and Richfield Community Education Adults with Disabilities programs work together to offer customized classes for adults with developmental and/or physical disabilities. Classes include cooking, independent living skills, theater and performing arts, health, fitness, and other leisure learning activities.
