You can use Family Access to reserve the time slots when you wish to attend conferences for your children. Depending on how the conferences are set up, you may schedule one time, or you may be able to schedule a time with each teacher your child works with.

Once you are set up as a guardian for each of your children for Family Access, you can view and print schedule information for the current year. You can see your child's classes according to class period for each day that has a different schedule.

The Portfolio area of Family Access enables you to view your child or children's portfolio attachments. You can see a list of your child or children's attachments such as the transcript attachments, fee statements, report cards, discipline letters, food service application letters, or attendance letters for your child, which includes the name and type for each attachment.

The My Messages area in the software enables you to view notifications and messages in Family Access you receive according to how you set up your preferences from the My Message Settings screen.
