Beginning February 1, we welcomed back Pre-K-grade 5 students to full in-person instruction. Middle school students, who selected the hybrid learning model, also came back to school February 1.
Preschool, elementary and middle school students who opted for Distance Choice for semester 2 will stay in distance learning through the end of the school year.
Wayzata High School remains in a modified hybrid learning model and will methodically scale up in-person learning with the hope of being back to full, in-person learning before spring break (April 1). This is dependent on a continual decline in the number of positive COVID-19 case numbers and approval from the Minnesota Departments of Health and Education.
