Withdrawal from Wayzata Public Schools

If you're moving outside of the district or have decided to go somewhere else for your student's education, we're sorry to see you go. We ask that you complete the Withdrawal from Wayzata Public Schools form upon leaving. This form should be completed regardless of whether the students are moving, making a different choice for education, or homeschooling.

Please contact your school office to schedule the return of District materials such as iPad, textbooks, instruments, etc.
