Moving to a New Home

If you're moving to a new school within Wayzata Public Schools, we still need to hear from you! Please email the Welcome Center with a copy of the signed lease or purchase agreement for the new home.  Please provide the main page and signatures and include your student(s) name. We will reply to discuss any potential changes in school of attendance.

If you're moving outside of the district, we're sorry to see you go. We ask that you complete the Withdrawal from Wayzata Public Schools form upon leaving. This form should be completed regardless of whether the students are moving, making a different choice for education, or homeschooling.

Please contact your school office to schedule the return of District materials such as iPad, textbooks, instruments, etc.  

If you're new to the district (regardless of how old your children are), we want to hear from you! Please fill out our census form to make sure we have up-to-date contact information for you and your family, and so you can stay connected with what's happening in the district.
