We're so excited that you've decided to enroll your student at Wayzata Public Schools! The Welcome Center is here to help you every step of the way.

Enrollment Checklist

Before you enroll, we want to make sure you have everything you need for this to be a smooth process for you. Families need to submit the following items to register your student(s).

  • Check your home address to make sure it's within Wayzata Public Schools.
  • Proof of residency
    • Renting: Lease agreement
    • Homeowner: Warranty Deed from closing documents or Hennepin County tax statement if property homesteaded
    • New build: Purchase Agreement
  • Birth certificate or passport
  • Current immunization records (must be on file to start school). For more information on district immunization requirements, visit the Health Services webpage.
  • Minnesota early childhood screening (incoming kindergarten students only). Visit the Early Learning School website for more information on early childhood screening and to schedule an appointment.
