Policy 628 - Copyright
I. Purpose
The purpose of this policy is to set forth the responsibilities of employees with respect to the use of copyrighted material.
II. General Statement of Policy
A. The Wayzata School Board intends that the School District shall operate in full compliance with the provisions of current copyright law. The Superintendent or Superintendent’s designee shall direct employees to observe the limitations of copyright laws whenever performing employment-related duties or using district equipment.
