Policy 620-R Student Activities Fees Regulations
I. Request for Financial Assistance
Any family may request financial assistance by contacting the WHS Athletic & Activities Office.
II. Notification Process for Students and Families Seeking Financial Assistance
A. Families are referred to the WHS Athletic & Activities Office by district staff, community partners or community members.
B. Information on how to request financial assistance is published on the website, in the student handbook and in back-to-school publications.
III. Schedule of Student Activities/Athletic Participation Fees
The following schedule of Student Activities/Athletic Fees has been established in accordance with Board Policy 620 and will remain in effect until changed through administrative recommendations and School Board approval.
