Policy 509 - Admission of Nonresident Students Nonresident Agreement

The purpose of this policy is to define the agreement between the district and nonresident students.

A. Nonresident students may attend District 284 schools upon mutual agreement between the respective school districts and according to Minnesota Rules and Statutes.
