Students, parents or guardians, and school staff may file a complaint and seek corrective action using the Student Discipline Complaint Procedure form.

What to know

Upon submitting this form, you can expect:

• An investigation will begin within three school days of the receipt of the complaint
• When the investigation is completed, a written determination will be issued to the Complaintant
