Wayzata Public School District voters approved all three school funding requests on the April 14 ballot:

Question 1: Renew the existing $6.5 million per year technology levy.

• 78.21% (6,283) yes
• 21.79% (1,751) no

Question 2: Approve $465 million in bond funding for new and improved learning spaces. This includes a new elementary school, a new middle school and an addition to Wayzata High School, plus essential improvements to existing buildings.

• 70.32% (5,650) yes
• 29.68% (2,385) no

Question 3: Approve $31 million in bond funding for a new 8-lane swimming pool at Wayzata High School.

• 60.48% (4,850) yes
• 39.52% (3,169) no

*Results are unofficial until canvassed by the Wayzata School Board on April 20, 2026.

“We are incredibly grateful to our community for their support of our more than 13,000 students through these yes votes,” said Superintendent Chace Anderson. “These voter-approved funds are investments in our community’s future and will support our commitment to excellence for each and every student.”
