Employee Benefits

We are proud to offer competitive benefits for our eligible staff. Employer-provided insurance benefits are an important component of the total compensation package.

The employee’s eligibility and the district’s contribution towards insurance benefits are determined by each collective bargaining unit’s agreement with the district. There is no eligibility waiting period to participate in district insurance plans.

It is the policy of Wayzata Public Schools to provide equal employment opportunity for all people without discrimination on the basis of race, color, creed, religion, national origin, gender, age, marital status, disability, public assistance, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
