The Equity & Inclusion department works to ensure our district meets the needs of all students.

What we do

Our team helps the district fulfill its commitment to equity for all.

We oversee the development and implementation of our district's:

• Achievement and integration plan
• American Indian education program
• Equity commitment

We work with all schools and departments to: 

• Train staff to increase belonging and achievement for all students.
• Coach and guide staff to put our equity commitment into action.
• Connect schools, families and community partners.
