Mini-grant application

• We will review your application to make sure all information is complete.
• We may ask for additional information.
• Within 45 days of reviewing your fully-completed application we will:
  • Make a decision
  • Inform you of our decision

If your request is approved

• We will send you an award letter and grant agreement.
• You must sign and return both documents before grant funds can be distributed.
• You will receive grant funds within 10 business days of returning the signed document.
