About Partners for Healthy Kids

We are one of 90 family services collaboratives in Minnesota. We distribute funds to partner organizations.

Overview

Partners for Healthy Kids is a collaboration of local leaders from many sectors.

We serve children and families who live in the Wayzata Public Schools district.

We manage a grant application process that allows our partners to apply for and receive funds.
All funds must be used to address state and local priorities.

We meet monthly
- On second Wednesdays
- From 3 to 4:15 p.m.
- Wayzata Public Schools District Service Center
We always welcome new partners.

Our priorities are aligned with the state's priorities.

Support for low-income families, including access to:
- High-quality early childhood care
- Counselors and other family support
- Parent education
Early identification and intervention for mental health and substance abuse issues
- For students of all ages, from early learners to high school and transition school students
- Through school-linked mental health programs
Summer and school-year camps, lessons and activities
