West Middle School

Design and planning work is underway for updates at West. District leadership and district partners are meeting to discuss needs for the building.

Design schedule: August 2027 to February 2028

Once the design process is finalized, our partners will begin the bidding process, where they will gather costs for products and labor for the renovations.

Bidding timeline: this will begin upon completion of the design process and will end before construction starts in the fall of 2028.

Once the bidding is completed, materials can be ordered, and construction can begin. The work at West will take over a year, with additional work scheduled for the summer of 2030.

Construction timeline: Initial work will begin in the fall of 2028 and continue through August 2029. There will be additional renovations during the summer of 2030.

The initial improvements at West are scheduled to be completed by the start of the 2029 school year. Additional work will take place during the summer of 2030.
