Sunset Hill Elementary

Design and planning work is underway for updates at Sunset Hill. District leadership and district partners are meeting to discuss needs for the building.

Design schedule: May 2027 to November 2027

Once the design process is finalized, our partners will begin the bidding process, where they will gather costs for products and labor for the renovations.

Bidding timeline: this will begin upon completion of the design process and will end before construction starts in the spring of 2028.

Once the bidding is completed, materials can be ordered, and construction can begin. The work at Sunset Hill will take about a year.

Construction timeline: Spring 2028 through August 2029

The improvements at Sunset Hill are scheduled to be completed by the start of the 2029 school year.
