Project scope
We are building a 180,227 square foot addition to Wayzata High School to accommodate 900 additional students, including additional
classrooms and lab spaces, renovations to modify CTE spaces, special education renovations, safety/security updates, relocation and addition of tennis courts, and an 8-lane competitive swimming pool with a separate diving well.
Project budget
The total cost of the project is estimated at $174,106,699. This amount is subject to change.
