Non-School Days

Registration for Non-School Days opens on the first day of the school year.

  • To guarantee a space for your student, please register online by the registrations dates posted on the Non-School Day Calendar.
  • Registration after the registration deadline closes is based on space and staff availability.
  • Once your non-school day registration is approved, there is no refund. Non-school days are optional.
  • 2024-25 School Year cost is $60/day if registered by the deadline and $65/day after deadline with site approval.
  • 2025-26 School Year cost is $63/day if registered by the deadline and $70/day after deadline with site approval.

  • Birchview, Gleason Lake, Sunset Hill
  • Kimberly Lane, Plymouth Creek, Meadow Ridge
  • Greenwood, North Woods, Oakwood

School sites are paired on non-school days. We will work to keep students grouped consistently by school site as much as possible.

Non-School Day FAQs

What is a non-school day?
Non-school days are days when there is no school, but Wayzata Kids childcare is available for a fee. Families are required to register for all non-school days and pay a fee to attend.  You can find all non-school days listed on the non-school day calendar.  

Who is eligible for non-school days?
All students with a current before and /or after school are eligible to register for non-school days.  

What are the hours?
Wayzata Kids hours are 7:00 a.m-6:00 p.m. 

What are the locations? 
Locations will vary. Please see the non-school day calendar for open locations.  

How do I register? 
Registration for all non-school days is in your Eleyo account. 

To register for Non-School Days:

  • Log into your account at https://wayzata.ce.eleyo.com
  • Click on your Wayzata Kids Account #XXX
  • Under Account Management Click on Register Non-School Days 
  • Choose child and click on Continue 
  • Choose Season and click on Continue 
  • Select date(s) and click on Continue 
  • Click on the drop down arrow next to the date and Choose Location and click on Continue
  • Check box that you agree to the agreement and click Finish Registration
  • Click on Sign up another child if needed
  • Finish Registration
  • Please Note: Once your NSD has been accepted it can NOT be removed


What if I register and then do not need care? 
If you cancel your registration in your Eleyo account prior to the registration deadline, you will not be charged. Cancellation in Eleyo is not available after the registration deadline.  After the registration deadline, you will be charged regardless of if your student attends or not.  

What if I don’t register and then I do need care? 
If you do not register prior to the registration deadline and need care, please contact your Site Manager.  Registration availability after the registration deadline is based on space and staffing availability.  

How much does a non-school day cost?
Non-school days are $63 per day for all students. If you register after the deadline, the cost is $70 per day.

Is lunch provided on non-school days? 
We’re sorry, but lunch is not available. Please bring lunch from home on non-school days.  We will provide a morning and afternoon snack. 

Is transportation available on non-school days? 
Transportation is not available on non-school days. 

What will my student do on non-school days? 
Students will be provided with many activities on non-school days.  Students have the opportunity to choose how they like to spend their time while at Wayzata Kids. Some of the activities offered include outside, gym, art, STEM, building, games, reading, and more!  Field trips are available for older students.
