Partners for Healthy Kids LCTS Grants

Thank you for your interest in the Partners for Healthy Kids LCTS Grant Program. As a Family Services Collaboratives, we are federally funded through the Local Collaborative Time Study (LCTS). These federal funds are designated, by state statute, for use in expansion of early intervention, and prevention services in Minnesota communities. Through an agreement and evaluation review process, funds are locally dispersed to develop and enhance programs and services for children and families in our community.
