2019 AP Exam Registration

Dear AP Student and Parent/Guardian,

 

You are receiving this email because you/your child are/is enrolled in at least one AP class at Wayzata High School this year. In May, we administer the AP exam which corresponds with each course. Students must pre-register for these exams.

 

All AP students received a copy of the Bulletin for AP Students and Parents. The bulletin contains all the information you need for preparing to test in May, including the testing calendar. If a student didn't receive a bulletin, please make sure to stop in B207 and pick one up. This bulletin is very helpful in explaining the testing process.

 
Registering for the Exams

The registration process is going to ask for a lot of information. When you register, you will be filling out all of the pre-bubbling information required by College Board. For this reason, it is important students register for their own exams. If a parent tries to do this for the student, there are going to be many questions that cannot be answer. Answering incorrectly could impact score reports, delay results and, for seniors, cause errors in sending scores to colleges.

 

Parents: we need your help in ensuring that students are completing their registration by the deadline.

 

Please note, you need to supply your Skyward user login. This is not a 5-digit number. It is the first part of your school email address up to the @; typically, this is the first 5 letters of last name + first 3 letters of first name + 0#.

Register for AP Exams Online

If you have taken AP exams in the past or a PSAT exam at WHS, then you already have an account with Total Registration and you will just log back into your existing account.

 

If you have any questions, please stop in B207. We will set up a computer and help you register so that it is done correctly.

  • There is a section which asks if accommodations are needed. This is only for students with a 504 or IEP who have already been approved for accommodations by College Board. Check with your counselor if you have questions about accommodations.
 
AP Registration Dates/Fees
  • Register now and pay $65 per exam.
  • Registration will close March 27 at the $65-per-exam rate.
  • Registration will be open from March 28 to April 18 but with a $55 late fee per order.
  • Fee waivers are available within the registration system for students who receive Free or Reduced-Price lunch.
