Book Fair — December 3-7
The annual book fair is December 3-7 during the school day, as well as during Family Service Night on the evening of Thursday, December 6. The book fair is a magical time for kids. Spending this week talking about books with friends, families and educators makes a lasting impression on growing minds. Contact us with questions at bookfair@oakwoodpta.org or stephanie.rabe@gmail.com. Volunteering at the book fair is great way for parents and grandparents to show support (and to get a sneak peek at all those great books). We still need 20 volunteers; no experience is required as you will be volunteering with someone who has done this before.

Join us for the 11th annual Family Service Night Thursday, December 6, 6:00-8:00 p.m. This event is about teaching our kids how they can make a difference in the world by sharing their time, energy, and resources with others. Join us for hands-on service activities and don't forget to bring non-perishable foods to help fill the Interfaith Outreach food shelf (each donation earns you a raffle ticket for prizes). If you want to learn how to make a reusable shopping bag, bring an old t-shirt along as well! Come join the fun. If you can help out the night of the event, please volunteer.
