Principal Notes

October was recognized as National Bullying Prevention Month. Students spent time learning how to stand up against bullying and help make our school a safe place for all. In advisory, students completed activities and participated in Unity Day.

Our next focus in advisory will be social media. We will work with students to teach them appropriate ways to use social media. Please take some time to talk to your child about some of the things that they learned.

A special thank you to our PTA for organizing the book fair. It was a successful event for our school.

Remember that there is no school for students November 8-9. We will have a teacher professional development and grading day. We will see everyone back at school November 12.

Have a safe and relaxing long weekend!

Mr. Doten and Mr. Farrington
