A Note from Principal Farrington Dear Birchview Families,
As we near the end of the school year, we are looking forward to our Track and Field Day on June 3. Unfortunately, please remember that we are not able to have parent volunteers or visitors as part of this event. We are hopeful that next year things will be back to "normal." Make sure your child brings a water bottle and applies sunscreen prior to coming to school. Distance learners will receive Track and Field activities to complete throughout the week from Mr. Reed. Let's hope for great weather for our Track and Field Day next week!
Lastly, I would like to say thank you so much for all your support with our Hero Squad fundraiser. We were able to raise over $13,000 to support the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. I am proud of our commitment to this great cause. Have a fantastic long weekend and we look forward to seeing everyone back at school on Tuesday, June 1st. Can you believe it is June already?
We are Birchview Strong!
Mr. Farrington

We need all remaining charging bricks and cables returned as well to ensure all iPads can be charged for next school year. If you already did this, thank you! Last chance to thank a teacher with a bundt cake! This school year has been unusual to say the least! Our teachers and staff have been a consistent, welcoming presence in our students' lives this year more than ever. Show your support for all they have done with a donation to the Wayzata Education Fund. Each donation made in honor of a teacher or staff until June 1 will include a special certificate of thanks from you, and every donation of $25 or more will come with a bundtlet from Nothing Bundt Cakes. Whether they’ve helped make a difference in-person or virtually, show your appreciation by participating in our Thank a Teacher program.
