Note from Mr. Williams Dear Sunset Hill Families,
We have been fortunate at Sunset Hill to have had only a small number of positive Covid-19 cases since we returned to full in-person learning. However, with more students in the building, we are identifying more close contacts and needing to have more students quarantine in those cases. Each positive Covid case likely means that we will identify 8-10 or more close contacts. We need your support as we all do our best to remain vigilant both inside and outside of school. Please have students stay home if they have any symptoms or if anyone in their household has symptoms and/or if they have been tested for Covid and are waiting for results.
We ask that all families assess their children's health on a daily basis. Please check your child's temperature prior to sending them to school, and keep your child at home if there are any symptoms (such as fever, sore throat).
Thank you so much for your support during this time.
Warmly,
Ross Williams
