From the Principal
Dear North Woods Families,
This week we celebrated our office staff at North Woods. We are lucky to have Debby and Chris support our learning community. I know that you appreciate their kindness and willingness to help.
The playground equipment installation began on Monday! Our students have been patiently waiting for the crew to arrive. Thanks again to the PTO for their support.
I've included a link to the Optional Parent Input Form for the 2021-2022 school year. Our teachers work diligently to create balanced class lists.
I hope you and your family are well.
With gratitude,
Jenny Berg

The PTO Needs Your Help
We are already starting to think about the exciting PTO-sponsored events to come! At our last meeting of the year (date TBD in May) we will be voting in the new board and budget for next school year.
We are looking for a couple of new board members. Our most urgent need is for someone to volunteer to be President. The President oversees and coordinates events, programs, chairpersons and board members so the purpose of the organization is served. It's a fun way to stay connected to all that's going on at school while helping to shape PTO-sponsored events. And you will have an experienced board to help you!
We also need 2 people to serve as the nomination committee. The nomination committee is responsible for presenting the slate for the board at the May meeting. Current PTO President will give you the names for the slate.
If you would like to know more about board positions or can serve on the nomination committee, please send a note to Laura Benson at labenson99@gmail.com.
We don't have a PTO without your help so thanks in advance!
