Class of 2021/Senior Information
Senior Party The Rock the Block Senior Party will be held on Saturday, June 5 from 1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. There will be fair food, games, a hypnotist, and more. The Senior Party will take place at WHS in the bus loop. Ticket information will be emailed to senior families directly from the Senior Party Committee. Guided Meditation & Speaker Event hosted by UNICEF & HEART - Friday, April 23 With AP exams approaching, we think that mindfulness is a great way of keeping our lives in balance. This event is for both students and parents to learn about mindfulness from a MyHealth guest speaker and to take some time to enjoy a video guided meditation. Health & Wellness Online Mindfulness Class for WHS Students Mindfulness is a powerful, research-based practice that can help teens reduce stress and anxiety, and improve focus and concentration. This mindfulness class consists of seven sessions in which students will learn basic mindfulness practices and develop strategies for self-care and stress reduction. The course also includes:
