From the Desk of Dr. G Yearbook Update It's been a year filled with many memories and we're so proud of the perseverance students, staff, and families have shown. Although it will be unconventional and scaled back from previous years, we're excited to offer families the option to purchase a small yearbook for their child. We anticipate the yearbook will contain one socially-distanced (or Zoom) photo of their class along with a few additional photos.
We don't have plans to include individual composites or head-shots submitted from families. However, we are open to families submitting photos of student-learning from home for possible inclusion. If you have a distance-learning photo from home you'd like to submit please see the PTA contact information below. Huge thanks to the PTA parents supporting this effort as well as the teachers assisting the process due to COVID-19 volunteer-safety restrictions. Additional ordering information is in the Reminders section below as well.
Black History Month Video Series - Episode 4 We're excited to continue sharing some of the learning and conversations students have been having connected to Black History Month. Way to go, kids!
Parent Input Form The past several weeks, we've shared the form that provides parents the option to provide input into next year's class placement process. The April 1 deadline is approaching, so if you're interested in completing this optional form please do so prior to Spring Break. In partnership, Brad Gustafson, Principal

Picture Retake Day - April 14 Distance Choice and In-Person Students and Staff who did not have their picture taken on Picture Day or wish to retake their picture can do so on Wednesday, April 14, 7:15 - 9:30 a.m. To have a picture retaken, students and staff are asked to return their original package to the photographer. This helps ensure that the correct package is printed for retakes.
Distance Choice Students are asked to enter and exit through exterior door # 8 (the gym door).
Note: Distance Choice parents will not be admitted into the picture-taking area. Please practice social distancing and wear a mask at all times. We're asking all families to remain parked outside in their vehicles or spaced outside on the sidewalk until a minute or two before their child's reserved picture time.
