Elementary iPads and Returning to School Dear Parents/Guardians:
On February 1, 3rd - 5th grade students returning to school, will need to bring their district-issued iPad with them to school. As plans are finalized, there are a few things we want to remind you and what the expectations are for the iPad.
Please make sure you and your child remember the following:
Note: iPad charging bricks look like this: The plan is for student iPads to remain at school. iPads will not be transported to and from school daily. With the iPads remaining at school, iPads will need to be charged nightly. Schools do not have spare charging bricks and cables, nor can they purchase additional charging bricks and cables.
The charging brick and charging cable that were checked out to your child(ren) will need to be returned to school along with the iPad when they return to in-person learning
Please review the following iPad Norms with your child(ren). These are the norms and expectations students should be following when using their District-issued iPad.
iPad Norms
I understand the iPad is the property of Wayzata Public Schools and will be returned in the same condition I received it in, and that if I don't follow these rules, I can lose the privilege of using technology.
