5th Grade CMS Band and Orchestra Instrument Selection Meetings If your son/daughter is considering playing an instrument in 6th grade, Central Middle School will offer two dates for a parent informational meeting on selecting instruments. The meetings will be held via Zoom on Tuesday, January 19 and Wednesday, January 20 at 7:00 p.m. This short, 30-minute meeting will cover the details of middle school band and orchestra. 6th grade students have three music options from which to choose: band, orchestra or choir. Students are required to select one of these options.
Reminders Library Books Students returning to in-person learning, will be expected to bring their library books back to school. Automated overdue notices will begin again on Sunday, January 16, so that you know what books your child is expected to return. If your child is not returning until February 1 you may keep the books until then.
Students will be visiting the Media Center every week to check out new books. Those with overdue books will not be allowed new books. Please contact Carrie.Carlson@wayzataschools.org, if you have any questions or concerns.
No changes are being made for Distance Choice students.
Student Supply Return All students returning to school in person should return the math kits, math and language arts workbooks and any supplies they took home with them.

You will not be able to access friends in the directory without doing this! We are looking forward to getting this directory up and running to stay connected to friends! Any questions can be directed to Michelle Ugurlu, Vice President Oakwood PTA, at vicepresident@oakwoodpta.org.
