Grades 3-5 Remain Distance Until February 1 We look forward to having our grades 3-5 students back on campus starting on Monday, February 1.
Important Dates
If your child is switching learning models, you will receive an email from your child's new teacher by January 15.
Did You Know? End of Day Plans Your route may change from what is was during our hybrid learning. Be watching for an email from our transportation department regarding current busing information including route number and times. This email will likely come over the weekend. Teachers will also be receiving students bus numbers and will walk classes out to buses at the end of each day.
Will your student be taking the bus home? Will you be picking up your student at the end of the day? In order for our end of day to run smoothly, it will be crucial for both student and teacher to know your end of day plan. If you are planning anything other than riding the bus, you will need to communicate that in paper written form to your teacher.
If you need to make an unexpected change, please call the main office at 763-745-5600 and we will let the teacher know. Do not send emails regarding end of day changes, teachers are not always available to check email We cannot stress the importance of communication regarding end of day plans.
Morning Parent Drop Off If you are planning on dropping your student off, please be aware that this is at the back of Kimberly Lane and only for students who can be completely independent in getting out of your vehicle. You will need to remain in your car at all times. We need to keep this line moving in order to get kids into the building on time. Parent drop off is only from 7:30-7:40. If you arrive after this, you will need to walk your student to the front doors.
Masks Students will wear a mask all day except for when they eat. Students should wear a mask to and from school everyday, too. Please plan on having two masks in case one gets dirty or wet through the day. Students will be expected to wear one outside at recess and with the cold weather the mask may get frosty and then melt once they are back inside.
Reminders Media News Read every day! In addition to ebooks, physical library books may still be borrowed. Kindergarten and first grade students request through Seesaw. Students in second through fifth grade may browse the library catalog and place books on hold. Contactless book pick up available in the main entry each school day 8 a.m. - 3 p.m.
