Top 20 Strategies

Top 20 Strategies provide students with tools for effective thinking, learning, and communicating. They challenge students to get out of their comfort zones and take healthy risks. Top 20 students learn the importance of emotional intelligence in school and the real world; therefore, they are challenged to interact in new ways with their peers and adults. Top 20 Strategies can help those looking to make a positive difference for themselves and others.

Top 20 students have been challenged to write and teach their favorite strategies in upcoming Parent Connection Weekly newsletters. They hope to spread Top 20 language to our parent and guardian community. Stay tuned!

Fall HS Black Box Play - Tar and Feather

When Erin takes a #gaschamberselfie, it goes viral – and so does she. Her job offer gets rescinded, she's not allowed to go to class, and her family and friends abandon her. Everyone that is, except for Claudia, her best friend. Together they hatch a plan to confront Erin's anonymous online trolls. Tar and Feather examines public shaming in the digital age. How close are any of us to a fall from grace? And how does a well-intended person transform into a troll? Tar and Feather will be performed in the Black Box from October 4-13, 2018. All showtimes are 7:00 p.m. except October 6, which adds a 1:00 p.m. showtime. Check out the Tar and Feather flyer for more information! Tickets may be purchased online or at the Box Office 1-hour prior to the performance. Please contact Kristyn Nelson with questions at 763-745-6907.

  • Girls and boys gym/athletic shorts
  • TI 84 calculators

Items may be brought to school, labeled to the attention of Brenda Badger/TCC, and dropped off at the Greeter Desk during school hours.
