Dear Wayzata High School Class of 2020 Students and Families,
This letter provides you with updated information regarding the final Class of 2020 diploma distribution/celebration scheduled for tomorrow: August 1, 2020, from 10 a.m. - 12 noon. All remaining Class of 2020 graduates who did not receive their diploma in July are invited to come to the high school campus to participate in a diploma pick-up and walk-through celebration!
Please Sign Up to Attend! In an effort to ensure social distancing guidelines and allow us to plan for your arrival, please complete the Wayzata High School Class of 2020 Diploma Distribution & Celebration" appointment form to secure an appointment "window" for your arrival. Lifetouch Studios will be present to take pictures of students receiving their diploma on stage. Photographs will be provided to families digitally, approximately one week after the event.
Guests Graduates and their families should arrive in one car per immediate household when possible and enter the building through the upper commons / auditorium entrance. Only members of the senior's immediate family will be allowed inside for viewing and picture taking. Families and graduates are asked to walk together, which will allow for appropriate social distancing.
Students should wear their school-issued cap and gown.
Parking and Access to the Auditorium Parking is available in the upper lot nearest the auditorium; however, the main entrance to Wayzata High School is closed due to construction. We recommend all families enter through Trojan Trail (off Highway 55) or through the bus lot.
Remaining Diplomas If you have not received your diploma and you do not plan to attend on August 1, all remaining diplomas will be mailed home the week of August 3.
Sincerely, |
