Dear Families,
As you may have read in the latest District communication (March 16 at 10:00 p.m.), we are asking all families to pick up necessary supplies today, Tuesday, March 17 from noon until 6:15 p.m. This is a change from the messages that were sent earlier in the day yesterday.
Supplies include iPads, books, workbooks, and other essential items already gathered by your child's classroom teacher. Medication from the health office may also be picked up at this time.
To limit the number of people coming into our schools, please send one healthy, adult family member to collect the materials and then promptly leave campus. Please bring a backpack or something to carry your items.
Additionally, to increase social distancing and to increase efficiency, this adult family member should enter the main doors, stop in the gym to pick up materials for students in grades K-3 and/or in the cafeteria for students in grades 4-5. Everyone will then exit through the back doors. This one-way traffic will be helpful in our pick up process. We are also asking families not to stop by student lockers unless absolutely necessary.
When you arrive, you may park in the front lot (but not along the fire lane), in the staff parking lot, the parent pick area, or on the street.
We appreciate your flexibility and responsiveness in this rapidly changing situation.
Warmly,
Mr. Fredrickson
