Dear Families,
Thank you for your patience and communication today as we continue to work through the details of our schools being closed. This email will outline the details of how we will be distributing iPads and other materials at Birchview.
As you may have read in the district communication, families may pick up materials at the following times:
This is also a time to pick up medications and other essential items.
The expectation at Birchview is that families come to the building, get their child's materials, and then promptly leave the building. Please bring a backpack or something to carry your items. The pick-up time will not be an opportunity to check in with your child's teacher. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
iPads and other learning materials are in the gym for grades K-3 and in the cafeteria for grades 4-5. Families may also stop by their child(ren)'s lockers to collect winter gear that has been left at school. Again, thank you in advance for making this a quick stop at school to gather materials. Classroom and pods will be locked during pick up times.
When you arrive, you may park in the front lot (but not along the fire lane), in the staff parking lot, the parent pick area, or on the street. All families should enter through the main doors where staff will be ready to assist you.
Warmly,
Mr. Fredrickson |
