News from Our Specialists Here's what has been happening in the Media Center!
Music News We have some fun events planned for this school year that will provide our choir members experience with leadership, choral singing, community building, and teamwork. The group will meet once a week before school on Wednesdays starting February 12, and will include a performance to be attended by families, friends, and community members. The following information gives you the tentative rehearsal schedule, information about rehearsal times, and drop-off information as well as expectations for choir. I am looking forward to working with your singer and having a rewarding rest of the school year filled with music! 4th grade students will also begin learning the recorder in a few short weeks. Please see the information below on what they will learn and how you can purchase!
Supporting Our Community Sign Up for EPay We are going to start using EPay for collecting funds for classrooms, field trips, etc. The hope is that this will cut down on the amount of time teachers put in to working on field trips and the amount of cash and checks they have to handle in their classrooms.
Photos Needed Do you have great photos of your kids at Birchview or Birchview events this year? Submit them now, and they could be featured in the Birchview Yearbook! We would love to feature your photos from these past and upcoming 2019-2020 BV Events!
Special Guest in Media We have a very special guest visiting Birchview on February 26.
