Dear Parents and Guardians,
Please join us at Open House Wednesday, February 5!
Teachers will be available in their classrooms for drop-in parent-teacher conferences from 5:00-6:30 p.m. This is an opportunity for you to meet with your student's teachers personally and to have 1:1 conversations, if you are interested.
We encourage all parents/guardians to join us for the schedule walk through from 6:30-8:30 p.m. During this walk through, you will have an opportunity to meet your student's 2nd semester teachers, learn about course outcomes / expectations, and get a true feel for how your student navigates their academic day.
Please bring your student's iPad with you (make sure to know their iPad security code). The iPad will allow you to access your student's schedule through Skyward Family Access. Having the iPad will also enable teachers to show you their Canvas class web pages to help you understand how their course is designed. If you do not have access to your student's iPad, schedules may also be accessed on smartphones through the Skyward app. Student Support Teams will be available to provide you with your student's schedule if you do not bring a device along that can access Skyward Family Access.
Childcare for potty trained toddlers - 11 years will be provided by our Y.E.S. students.
Schedule for the Evening:
5:00-6:30 p.m. – Open/Drop-In Parent-Teacher Conferences
6:30 – Begin schedule walk-through
6:35-6:50 – Block 1 Class
7:00-7:15 – Block 2 Class
7:25-7:40 – Block 3 Class
7:50-8:05 – Block 4 Class
8:15-8:30 – Alternate/Day 2 Class (students enrolled in music courses)
