Meadow Ridge's new Ga Ga Pit

Note from Principal Keffeler

Hello Meadow Ridge Families,

I was wonderful to see so many of you at the open house last night! Thank you so much for coming to open house as requested. Many teachers talked about how they were able to spend time with each family because a few came in at a time throughout the night. I always leave the building that evening so excited about the first day of school!

Morning Drop-Off: Please read and study the map below to "know the flow" for morning drop off. Not following the procedures adds time to everyone's morning and stress levels. We want to start the day off right. 😀

  1. If you are parking and walking your child into the building, please use the new crosswalk. Wait until cars have stopped to walk to the sidewalk.
  2. Remember the stack. Pull your car all the way past the main entrance to allow more cars along the sidewalk. If drivers follow this rule, 12-14 cars can drop off at the same time.
  3. Your child exits the vehicle the first time you stop. They can walk up the sidewalk. This cannot be door to door service.
  4. You can begin dropping your child off at 7:30. The children who are dropped off between 7:30-7:40 have the most stress-free start to the day.

As always, we will have staff at the ready to help you remember.

Looking forward to Tuesday,

Karen
