Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
High school students who did not pick up their iPad at the August distribution dates have another opportunity.
When
- Tuesday, September 3 and Wednesday, September 4
- 3:15 pm to 6:00 pm in Culinary
- If there are currently items checked out to students, they are expected to be returned undamaged and in working condition.
- Bring a printed EPay receipt when returning equipment
New iPad Issued
Students need to complete the following to receive a newer generation iPad:
- If there is currently an iPad issued to student, turn in iPad, along with cable and brick
- If any items are damaged or missing - EPay receipt
- Assessed fines paid
- AUP signed by parent/guardian and student
- Please note: A signed AUP by parent/guardian and student must be turned in prior to leaving with new iPad
- Once students turn in their current iPad, a newer generation District iPad in a case with a keyboard, along with a brick and cable will be issued
Important
Upgraded iPads will only be checked out to students:
- Once they have turned in their current iPad
- Paid any fines assessed
- Parent/Guardian and student has signed this the iPad Procedures, Guidelines & Digital Citizenship Agreement form. iPads will not be issued without a parent/guardian signature.
A new insurance vendor Safeware has been selected for the 2019-2020 school year. Information on purchasing optional insurance from Safeware will be provided at distribution.
