Dear Parents/Guardians and Students,
Students can check out their District-issued iPad at Wayzata High School on the following dates and times:
- August 5, 2:00-7:00 p.m.
- August 6, 2:00-7:00 p.m.
- August 7, 8:00 am - 1:00 p.m.
- August 8, 8:00 am - 4:00 p.m.
- August 12, 12:00-8:00 p.m.
New iPad Issued
Students should have turned in their iPads and paid any assessed fees in June.
Students need to complete the following to receive a newer generation District issued iPad:
- Turn in any outstanding items:
- iPad, cable and brick, keyboard and case, or
- Pay any outstanding fees that may or have been assessed when student turned in iPad
- Pay fees on EPay
- Bring copy of EPay receipt
- AUP signed by parent/guardian and student
- Please note: A signed AUP by parent/guardian and student must be turned in prior to leaving with new iPad
Important
Upgraded iPads will only be checked out to students:
- Once they have turned in their current iPad
- Paid any fines assessed
- Parent/Guardian and student has signed this form
If students are attending Back to Business without a parent/guardian, they will not be issued an iPad without a parent/guardian signature.
A new insurance vendor Safeware has been selected for the 2019-2020 school year. Information on purchasing optional insurance from Safeware will be provided at distribution.
