2018 6th Grade iPad Distribution

Dear Parents and Guardians:

Your 2018-2019 6th grade student will be receiving a District-issued iPad as a part of the MyWay Personalized Learning program, along with a cable, charging brick, and protective case. The model of iPad may vary, but all iPads will be compatible with all classroom needs. All of these items are expected to be returned undamaged and in working condition either when District-issued iPads are refreshed or when your child is no longer enrolled with Wayzata Public Schools (only Apple-brand chargers and cables will be accepted, and please note that iPad charging bricks are larger than iPhone/iPod charging bricks).

Distribution Dates

iPad distribution will be an open house this year, where students and parents will come and pick up the District-issued iPad during the window of time set below. Once the student has checked out their iPad, parents and students will have time to set-up the iPad and sign the Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). Please allow at least one hour, although set-up will likely take less than the full hour.
