6th Grade Student iPad Turn In Dear Parents and Guardians:
If replacement parts need to be purchased, items can be purchased on ePay Please purchase parts prior to the June 5, 2019 iPad check in date. Students will need to bring a printed receipt when returning equipment.
iPad damaged? Home button/volume button/headphone jack not working or inoperable? The iPad will need to be repaired prior to turning in the iPad.
If insurance was purchased, please file a claim with CPS. Make sure to allow plenty of time for claim submission, processing and repair to ensure iPad is received back prior to June 5.
Insurance not purchased, please visit one of the these repair facilities to get the iPad repaired.
IMPORTANT: 6th grade iPads are being reissued to students in the fall.
