Note from Principal Keffeler Hello Meadow Ridge Families,
Over the next several weeks, elementary students in grades 3-5 will be completing the 2019 Reading and Math Minnesota Comprehensive Assessments (MCAs). Students in grade 5 will also take a Science MCA. If you have questions about the specific day(s) your child will be taking the MCAs, please contact your child's teacher. 5th graders will be taking the MCA Science test on Monday, March 25. The Reading test will be given to all students in grades 3-5 on April 11 and 12, and the Mathematics test on April 17 and 18. These are important tests, and our students perform very well. Please make sure your children get a good night's sleep, have a nutritious breakfast and are on time for school on these days.
I wish everyone a safe, relaxing and refreshing break. I hope spring is truly here!
Best, Karen
