Compass Department News It's not too late to enroll in the Compass: Ecology of Food and Nutrition class! Students will learn about the impact of food choices on our bodies and the environment. This Compass class is team taught by a Biology teacher and FACS teacher; they connect course content with information shared by guest instructors, mentors, and also provide off-site experiences. Students are eligible for college credit and will work on food-related projects in our community. This year, we fed 300 people with rescued food at our "Food for Everyone" event! The event raised $1,200 for food insecurity programs in our community!
