Elementary iPad Take-Home Request Form

Our plan is for all elementary students to keep their district iPads at school. However, principals are able to review requests for students to bring home the district iPad*. Once you complete this form, principals will communicate a decision and next steps. (Please complete one request form per child.)

*Students would need to return their iPads to school fully charged each day, and follow all WPS expectations for appropriate use.
