Description of sport: Competitive baseball consisting of 5 teams: Varsity, JV, Sophomore and two 9th grade teams.

Where to go for more information: Activities Office.

Length of season: 9th grade begins March 9, 2020.
Sophomores begin March 16, 2020. Juniors/Seniors begin March 17, 2020.

Practice times: Indoor -M-F 3:30 - 9 p.m. (various times)
Outdoor -M-F 3:30 - 7:30 p.m. Times vary for Saturday practices.

Practice site: 9th - WHS; B - Central Middle School; Varsity and JV at Wayzata High School.

Competitions: Games are held after school with occasional Saturday tournaments or make-up games.

Eligibility requirements: Meet MSHSL Eligibility Requirements and Wayzata Public Schools Eligibility Requirements. Must be fully registered with the Activities Office. Eligible sports qualifying physical, eligibility form and fee payment must be on file in the Activities Office before participation.

Average number of members: 80.

Costs and/or needed equipment: Participation fee, gloves, shoes, belts and socks.

Awards criteria & type of awards: Lettering requirements determined by head coach.
