School health office teams

We have a health office at every school in the district. Each health office team includes:

• A licensed school nurse and a health paraprofessional.
• A licensed mental health professional.
• At least one social worker.
• A therapist from Relate Counseling.
• The high school team includes counselors.
• Wayzata Transition's team includes a school psychologist.
