Appeal Process and Form

Students in grades 2 - 5 may be eligible for enrichment services if they meet these criteria.

• All three of their FastBridge yearly scores:
  • Fall within one SEM of the 97th percentile, but
  • Do not reach or exceed the 97th percentile.
• They received a CogAT score of 135 or higher on the:
  • Verbal strand (Reading), or
  • Combined Quantitative/Nonverbal strands (Math).
• There is academic evidence of exceptional performance in the related content area.

If your student's scores fall outside the SEM, you cannot file an appeal.
