FastBridge aMath
The FastBridge aMath measures essential math skills.
Overview
FastBridge aMath is an online test that:
- Measures broad mathematics ability
- Predicts overall mathematics achievement
- Nationally-normed
- Correlated with the MCA
- Able to measure student progress toward state standards
The purpose of the test is:
- To measure student math skill development across time.
- Screen student for math support needs and is one of the tests used to identify students for Enrichment services.
How it works
- We give it to all students in grades 2 - 8, three times a year — fall, winter and spring.
- Students take this test online, using an iPad, desktop or laptop.
- The computer adapts test questions to the student's ability.
- It is a timed test that typically takes 6 minutes.
Test results
Scores are shared in the assessments section of Skyward Family Access.
